There has been a huge increased interest in the mainstream media about hyperemesis gravidarum in recent years. In large part this is to do with the Duchess of Cambridge suffering with the condition, but not entirely. It is also down to the hard work of the charity Pregnancy Sickness Support and other charities working to improve care and treatment for women across the UK and wider world.
